The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of miso porridge containing eel stock, eel meat, and vegetables, and more specifically, to a porridge composition containing an eel and miso paste and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of a porridge composition containing an eel and miso paste uses eel stock and chicken stock to remove an odor (a fishy odor or the like) unique to an eel to provide excellent taste and flavor, and adds various accompanying ingredients to promote health by allowing a user to consume nutritional ingredients having excellent taste and flavor.
