PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having high anti-allergenicity and durability and excellent in weather resistance or stain resistance, and to provide a decorative plate using the same.SOLUTION: A method for producing a decorative sheet which is formed by laminating a substrate sheet, a primer layer and an anti-allergenic functional layer in this order, comprises: a step (1) of applying a two-liquid curing type resin composition for the primer layer containing a main agent and an isocyanate-based curing agent onto the substrate sheet; a step (2) of adjusting the peak intensity ratio between the peak intensity due to the C-H stretching vibration detected at 2800 to 3000 cmin the ATR spectrum by the infrared spectrum analysis method of the two-liquid curing type resin composition for the primer layer and the peak intensity due to the N=C=O stretching vibration detected at 2200 to 2400 cmin the range of 1.5 to 35; a step (3) of applying and curing a resin composition for the anti-allergenic functional layer containing a curable resin and an anti-allergenic agent having a phenolic hydroxyl group on the coated surface of the two-liquid curing type resin composition for the primer layer. |
