<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize downsizing and enhancing a conversion efficiency in a DC/DC conversion circuit for boosting. <P>SOLUTION: A DC/DC conversion circuit 1 which boosts and outputs an input direct current voltage comprises a plurality of capacitors C1-C4 and a connection device 10 which connects these in parallel or in series. The connection device 10 includes a circuit which carries out a parallel connection of each capacitor via switches for parallel connection S1a S2a, S3a, S1b, S2b, and S3b, and a circuit which carries out a serial connection of each capacitor via switches for serial connection S1c, S2c, and S3c; and repeats a process where each of capacitors C1-C4 connected in parallel is charged by an input voltage and thereafter, is switched to serial connection to be discharged and output by selecting ON or OFF of each switch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
