The present invention relates to porous foam which is capable of preventing a liquid cosmetic composition from settling down to a lower part of the foam even after being used for a long period of time, and also exhibits excellent durability that an exterior is not swollen or melted down to be torn apart by interacting with the impregnated liquid cosmetic composition. In addition, the cosmetics can be discharged in a uniform and adequate amount, thereby offering user convenience. In addition, the present invention further relates to cosmetics containing the cosmetic composition impregnated into the porous foam. To this end, the porous foam is a foaming body produced by blending at least two polymers selected from the group comprising acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), natural rubber (NR), polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) butyl rubber, latex, silicone rubber, a styrene-isoprene-styrene (SIS) copolymer, a styrene ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS) copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), butyl rubber, chloroprene rubber, and polyurethane. |
