A fluid heating device for a boiler, according to the present invention, comprises: a housing which has an inlet for receiving fluid from the outside, an outlet having an inner space and discharging the heated fluid to the outside, and front and rear covers fixed to face each other; a drive motor which is coupled to a motor shaft through the housing and rotates the motor shaft when external power is supplied thereto; and a rotation plate which is inserted between the front and rear covers to have a gap where the fluid flows, is coupled to be connected to the motor shaft, and has recessed grooves in both surfaces thereof. Therefore, the present invention rapidly obtains frictional heat of the fluid using the decomposition of water molecules. |
