<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable colored composition for color filters excellent in fluidity, and provide a color filter that is formed using a red composition being high in brightness and contrast ratio and has good color characteristics and excellent heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A red colored composition for color filters contains a colorant (a), a resin (b), and a solvent (c).
