A method for mediating goods delivery on a network and a mediation server used therein are disclosed. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps of: a mediation server transmitting transportation route information to a delivery person′s terminal; receiving a goods delivery request from a user terminal; mapping the goods delivery request information from the user terminal to the transportation route information; and transmitting the transportation route information mapped to the goods delivery request information to the delivery person′s terminal. According to the present invention, drivers of freight vehicles can check and accept a separate goods delivery request displayed on the freight transportation route via their own terminals which they carry to gain additional transportation profits. |
