The present invention provides an adhesive layer having excellent reworkability and high adhesion in spite of a thin film, and an adhesive film using the same. An acrylic polymer comprises (1) an alkyl(meth)acrylate monomer with an alkyl group having 1 to 14 carbon atoms and/or a (meth)acrylate monomer having an aromatic group, wherein 30 or more parts by weight of butyl acrylate and a copolymerizable vinyl monomer containing a carboxyl group are not included, with respect to (1). The acrylic polymer comprises (2) 0.1 to 3.5 parts by weight of a copolymerizable vinyl monomer containing a hydroxyl group, with respect to (1), and is a copolymer having an acid value of less than or equal to 0.1 and the weight average molecular weight of greater than or equal to 1,000,000. The adhesive layer comprises (3) 0.01 to 0.8 parts by weight of an isocyanate compound as a cross-linking agent, with respect to (1), and has a gel fraction of 40 to 75% after cross-linking, a thickness of 1 to 25 μm, and adhesive strength of 1.5 to 6.0 N/25mm at the thickness of 25μm. |
