PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a flat cable that can bring about the desired characteristic impedance, by bonding substrate sheets together without positional deviations.SOLUTION: Such a method includes: a step in which a double-sided copper-clad sheet 101 on which a first ground conductor pattern and a signal conductor pattern are formed is rolled up to a first roll part 100 keeping the longitudinal direction and the circumferential direction of the first ground conductor pattern in line; a step in which a single-sided copper-clad sheet 201 on which a second ground conductor pattern is formed is rolled up to a second roll part 200 keeping the longitudinal direction and the circumferential direction of the second ground conductor pattern in line; a step in which each sheet 101, 201 is rolled out keeping the longitudinal direction of each conductor pattern in line with the transportation direction H of the sheet 101, 201; and a step in which rolled out sheet 101, 201 are bonded together to form a synthetic sheet 301 and is rolled up to a third roll part 300. |
