<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device capable of easily and reliably inspecting in which storage capacitor a defect occurs even when a plurality of storage capacitors electrically connected in parallel to one another is laminated, and further to provide an electronic apparatus provided with the electro-optical device. <P>SOLUTION: In an electro-optical device 100, a storage capacitor 70 is formed by a first storage capacitor 70a and a second storage capacitor 70b electrically connected in parallel to each other, and the first storage capacitor 70a and the second storage capacitor 70b constitute a laminated structure. Further, between an end of an element substrate 10 and an image display region, a first capacitor inspection terminal pair electrically connected to a first inspection capacitor and a second capacitor inspection terminal pair electrically connected to a second inspection capacitor are provided while the first inspection capacitor provided with the same layer structure as that of the first storage capacitor 70a and the second inspection capacitor provided with the same layer structure as that of the second storage capacitor 70b are being formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
