FLEXIBLE DISPLAY APPARATUS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention provides a flexible display device with a simplified manufacturing process and improved optical characteristics, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of a flexible display device comprises the steps of: forming a first flexible substrate on a first sacrificial layer on a first support substrate; forming a display layer which includes a thin film transistor and an organic light emitting element electrically connected to the thin film transistor on the first flexible substrate; forming a thin film sealing layer by alternating and laminating an organic film and an inorganic film on the display layer; forming a second flexible substrate on a second sacrificial layer on a second support plate; forming a touch screen layer on the second flexible substrate; forming a color filter layer which includes color filters and a light shield film between the color filters on the touch screen layer; bonding the first support plate to the second support plate to interpose an adhesive layer between the thin film sealing layer and the color filter layer; and detaching the first support plate from the second support plate by separating the first sacrificial layer and the first flexible substrate and separating the second sacrificial layer and the second flexible substrate.
