<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe which facilitates attachment and detachment of a nozzle and prevents falling of the nozzle when attaching or detaching the nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: The probe 1 for light interference tomogram generating apparatus includes a housing 10 having a light path for measurement light and scattering light, a cylindrical nozzle support body 20 connected to a distal opening 10a of the housing 10, a cylindrical direct vision photography nozzle 30 having a proximal end inserted into the distal opening 10a of the housing while being fitted to the nozzle support body 20, an engaging member 40 inserted into a hole in a circumferential wall of the housing 10, and a slide member 50 slidable along an outer periphery of the housing 10. The inner surface of the slide member 50 abuts on the engaging member 40, and the engaging member 40 is inserted into an engaging groove 31 formed in the outer periphery of the nozzle 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
