The present invention provides an adhesive composition which is capable of forming an adhesive layer having properties of excellent reworkability and high adhesiveness even though the adhesive layer is thin, and an adhesive film using the same. The adhesive composition comprises: (1) 100 parts by weight of total (meth)acrylate monomer including one or more selected from the monomer group consisting of an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer having an alkyl group with 1 to 14 carbon atoms and a (meth)acrylate monomer having an aromatic group; (2) an acrylic polymer including at least 30 parts by weight of butyl acrylate of the (1) and 0.1-3.5 parts by weight of polymerized vinyl monomer containing a hydroxyl group for the (1), not including a polymerized vinyl monomer containing a carboxyl group, and having an acid value equal to or less than 0.1 and a weight average molecular weight equal to or more than 1,000,000; and (3) 0.01-0.8 parts by weight of isocyanate compound for the (1), as a cross-linking agent. |
