The present invention relates to a valve apparatus having a structure for absorbing impact, which comprises: a valve housing having a gas flow path which gas is introduced into and discharged from; a valve unit straight-moving in the gas flow path to selectively open and close the gas flow path; a connection bracket unit connected to a valve operation unit; and a bending unit bent to be formed to absorb impact generated when the valve unit is moved in a straight line. Thus, durability and operation reliability can be improved by absorbing impact generated when the valve unit is moved.
