摘要 The present invention provides an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting display device includes a substrate including a pixel region and a transmission region, a pixel circuit disposed on a pixel region of the substrate, a first electrode, a first organic layer, a light emitting layer, a second organic layer, a third organic layer, and a second electrode. The first electrode is disposed on the pixel region of the substrate and electrically connected to the pixel circuit. The first organic layer is continuously formed on the pixel region and the transmission region to cover the first electrode. The light emitting layer is selectively disposed on a first organic layer portion of the pixel region. The second organic layer is continuously formed on the pixel region and the transmission region of the substrate to cover the light emitting layer. The third organic layer is selectively disposed on the transmission region, and including a non-luminescent material having transmittance different from that of the light emitting layer. The second electrode is continuously formed on the pixel region and the transmission region of the substrate to cover the second organic layer and the third organic layer.
