According to the present invention, an inspection device for a display panel comprises: a panel driving unit displaying a panel at a predetermined brightness; a camera unit acquiring a first image by capturing an entirety of the panel; a line scanner unit acquiring a second image by scanning the panel in line units; and a control unit calculating interference data by comparing the first image and the second image, and calculating a third image by filtering the interference data from the first image.
