The present invention provides an organic light emitting display device having an in-cell type touch structure. The organic light emitting display device includes: a first substrate on which an organic light emitting diode comprising two or more transistors, an anode electrode, an organic layer, and a cathode electrode in every pixel region; an encapsulation layer formed on the first substrate; multiple touch electrodes formed on the encapsulation layer; a resin layer formed to cover the touch electrodes; and a second substrate located on the resin layer, and having multiple color filters and a black matrix formed thereon. According to embodiments of the present invention, the organic light emitting display device simplifies a manufacturing process, and enables a flexible product to be manufactured. |
