<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a phosphazene compound which can increase the flame retardancy of a resin molding, and can give low electric characteristics of the resin molding, particularly permittivity (ε) and dielectric loss tangent (tan δ), and high heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing an ethenyl phenoxy group-containing cyclic phosphazene compound represented by formula (1) includes a step of conducting a carbonyl olefination reaction of a formyl phenoxy group-containing cyclic phosphazene compound.
