<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency lighting apparatus which, even in the case of power outage or smoke emission, can light an evacuation passage to allow evacuees to escape more safely than ever. <P>SOLUTION: An emergency lighting apparatus A comprises a light source (light-emitting diodes 2a, 2b) and a control unit 3 which controls lighting of the light source. When electricity supply from a commercial power source 6 is cut off, the control unit 3 lights the light source upon receiving electricity supply from a secondary battery 5, and also, when a smoke sense signal is input from a smoke sensor 4 which senses smoke, it lights the light source. Furthermore, in the emergency lighting apparatus A, lighted light from the light source when, while the smoke sensor 4 did not sense smoke, electricity supply from the commercial power source 6 was cut off, and the lighted light from the light source when the smoke sensor 4 sensed smoke are differentiated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
