A call control method and a call control device are disclosed. In an embodiment of the invention, the call control device forwards a calling signaling directly when a fault happens in the link between the call control device and an S-CSCF. In another embodiment of the invention, the call control device forwards the calling signaling directly when a calling party and a called party belong to the members in the same group of a cluster service. Through the embodiments of the invention, the routing times can be reduced and the pressure of a network element of a core network can be lightened.
