摘要 |
The present invention relates to a cell line which includes a gene to code a CLC-Ka channel, a gene to code Barttin (Y98A), and a gene to code fluorescence protein by being transformed to a plasmid. The CLC-Ka channel and the Barttin (Y98A) are epitope-tagged to an N-terminal or a C-terminal and the fluorescence protein reacts to a halide ion as a yellow color. The cell line stably expresses the CLC-Ka channel, the Barttin (Y98A), and the fluorescence protein. Moreover, the cell line has a stable induction expression system expressed by tetra-cycline induction, can be used for a high efficiency search using cell-based fluorescence imaging, can be used for a study of a signal transmission process within a cell wherein the CLC-Ka channel and the Barttin (Y98A) are involved by stably expressing the CLC-Ka channel and the Barttin (Y98A), and can be widely used for a molecule level study for a CLC-Ka channel code of action using the cell line according to the present invention, a physiologic function study, and the prevention and therapeutic agent development of kidney and heart diseases related to the CLC-Ka channel such as hyponatremia or the likes. |
