The present invention relates to a nanochannel polymer composite, a method for manufacturing the nanochannel polymer composite, and to a membrane comprising the nanochannel polymer composite. The manufacturing method of the nanochannel polymer composite comprises a step of heating a thermoplastic polymer at a temperature higher than or equal to the glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic polymer and lower than or equal to the melting point of the thermoplastic polymer, a step of immersing a nanochannel material on the thermoplastic polymer, and a step of cooling the thermoplastic polymer with the immersed nanochannel material. According to the heating step of the present invention, an environmentally friendly nanochannel polymer composite can be obtained.
