Provided is a steering device having excellent durability. The steering device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a frame (1), a rotary shaft (3), an operating member (5), a moving member (7), first and second guiding rods (9a, 9b), a swinging member (11), a potentiometer (13), and first and second spring pins (37a, 37b). The moving member (7) has first and second stopper surfaces (7d, 7f). The first and second spring pins (37a, 37b) are installed on both axial sides of the rotary shaft (3). In this steering device the first stopper surface (7d) comes in contact with the first spring pin (37a) while the moving member (7) keeps moving upward inside an operation space (25). Also, in this steering device the second stopper surface (7f) comes in contact with the second spring pin (37b) while the moving member (7) keeps moving downward inside the operation space (25). By this, interference between the moving member (7) and first and second support parts (15, 17) in this steering device can be prevented.
