<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a newly configured switched capacitor integration circuit that reduces an effect of voltage dependence of a first capacitor and a second capacitor used in the switched capacitor integration circuit and can be made compact. <P>SOLUTION: The switched capacitor integration circuit includes: a first capacitor 18; a first switch 12 connected between one end of the first capacitor 18 and an input terminal 16; a differential amplifier 24 having an output end 20 connected to the other end of the first capacitor 18 and a non-inverting input terminal 28 connected to a constant potential source; a second switch 14 connected between the one end of the first capacitor 18 and an inverting input terminal 26 of the differential amplifier 24; and a second capacitor 22 connected between the output end 20 and the inverting input terminal 26 of the differential amplifier 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
