摘要 The present invention relates to a shape-stabilized phase change material (SSPCM) pack for cold and heat storage including n-tetradecane and a small amount of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) or thermoplastic rubber (TPR). More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing simply the SSPCM pack for cold and heat storage, for adding a small amount of the TPE to the n-tetradecane (melting point of 5°C to 6°C), which is paraffinic hydrocarbon, as organic phase change material and then stirring during predetermined time, thereby keeping the n-tetradecane with constant shape under the condition of the melting point of the n-tetradecane or more and realizing thermal performance similar to pure n-tetradecane to which the TPE is not added. Accordingly, the SSPCM pack for cold and heat storage may be used as a temperature stabilizer which is an element of a passive cold chain heat-insulating packing system for transportation of temperature sensitive medicine requiring product storage temperature of 2°C to 8°C such as vaccine. The SSPCM pack for cold and heat storage prevents leakage of the liquid phase change material at the melting point or more compared to the pure n-tetradecane (100 wt%) which is the phase change material, thereby solving leakage problem of the phase change material pack in transportation, storage and treatment of cold chain. As a result, performance of a product of the passive cold chain heat-insulating packing system is enhanced.
