The present invention relates to a touch screen device and an electronic device having the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the touch screen device includes: a touch screen panel; and an antenna film disposed on one surface of the touch screen panel, receiving a radio frequency (RF) signal, and including a plurality of first patterns extending in a first direction and a plurality of second patterns extending in a second direction intersected with the first direction. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the touch screen device can recognize a hovering input by a stylus pen by receiving the RF signal that the stylus pen radiates.
