<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method of cell development in which target cells are hardly biased as a whole in a developing groove, capable of becoming a state where cells are densely accumulated, attempting to improve the cell accumulation rate while capable of accumulating cells in a large area in a short time without requiring complex steps, and to provide a cell observation system. <P>SOLUTION: The device of cell development includes: a flat plate-like developing part body having a cell development part; and a supplying part for supplying the cell suspension to the cell development part from one side of the developing part body. In the cell development part, at least one cell developing groove is formed from one end of the cell development part to that of the other end, and the cell development groove forms an inclination part in which at least one side face is inclined to expand the width of groove toward outside in a cross section perpendicular to a length direction of the cell development groove. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
