PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide final solidification position estimation method and device of a continuous casting piece capable of directly measuring a casting piece section temperature and estimating a final solidification position of the casting piece, or the final solidification position and shape with high accuracy without problem of durability of a sensor, and provide a production method of the continuous casting piece using the same.SOLUTION: A cutting machine disposed on an outlet side of a continuous casting facility cuts the continuous casting piece, and a section temperature of the cut continuous casting piece is measured by a two-dimensional radiation thermometer, and based on the measured section temperature, the final solidification position of the continuous casting piece is estimated. |
