<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily provide a high-quality waterproof shoe capable of retaining a perfect waterproof structure by not having displacement when an upper portion is hung on a last mold and an excellent appearance without wrinkles on an instep or backer and provided with outstanding waterproofness and an excellent feeling of wear. <P>SOLUTION: The waterproof shoe includes an upper portion (I) including an instep, the backer having a waterproof-function layer and an inner sole and a sole portion (II) formed by a method that a plastic sole material is injection-molded. The upper portion (I) includes a double-bag body structure having an inner-bag body that lower ends of the backer are sewn together and an outer-bag body that the lower end of the instep is sewn together with the periphery of the inner sole. The inner sole is formed of a porous material which liquid sole material injection-molded is able to penetrate and pass. The sole portion (II) is formed by injection molding so that the plastic sole material penetrate and pass the inside of the inner sole from below the inner sole made of the porous material to come into close contact with at least the lower ends of the backer waterproof-function layer side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
