The present invention relates to a portable welding rod gun having a sensor and, more specifically, to a portable welding rod gun which enables uniform melting by allowing a welding rod to uniformly draw out and selects the diameter of the front end of a welding rod outlet according to the thickness of the welding rod. The portable welding rod gun having a sensor, according to the present invention, comprises an inner operation unit, upper and lower channels, a cylindrical dual front end, an exterior upper panel unit, an exterior lower panel unit, and a power supply device. The inner operation unit comprises: a feeding pipe which prevents an inserted welding rod from being separated; a roller which allows the welding rod to smoothly move to the front end of a welding rod gun outlet; a guiderail which transfers the welding rod at uniform intervals; a stepping motor which controls the speed and stop of the welding rod according to the repetitive intervals; and upper and lower control circuit systems which control an optical sensor, a number display window, or a temperature display window. |
