The present invention relates to a fiber panel using a recycled inorganic fiber, and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a fiber panel using a recycled inorganic fiber which is a panel with excellent mechanical properties, insulation properties, flame retardancy, water resistance, and air tightness, manufactured by mixing a solid binder, an inorganic filler, and a curing accelerator to the recycled inorganic fiber generated in a manufacturing process of grass wool, mineral wool, a ceramic fiber, etc., and compressing and forming the same, which prevents environmental pollution caused by landfill and incineration, and maximizes added value of the recycled inorganic fiber having the most part sorted as waste in an inorganic fiber manufacturing process, and to a manufacturing method thereof. |
