The present invention relates to a touch screen-integrated organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The device comprises: a lower substrate having a display region and a non-display region; a plurality of lower pads formed on an upper surface of the lower substrate; an upper substrate having at least one protrusion region; a bonding layer arranged between the upper substrate and the lower substrate; a touch sensing unit having a plurality of touch sensing electrodes; and a plurality of upper pads electrically connected to the plurality of touch sensing electrodes. Therefore, the device increases bonding precision between the upper substrate and the lower substrate.
