<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding mechanism excellent in maintenance which can facilitate replacement work of a paper feeding roller without detaching peripheral members. <P>SOLUTION: In the paper feeding mechanism 5a, which has: a drive shaft 54 supported rotatably by an apparatus body 1; a roller support member 53; a paper feeding roller 52 of which the axial one side is supported by the roller support member 53, and the axial other side is supported by the drive shaft 54; and a clutch 58 that is attached to the drive shaft 54, and can switch transfer and cutoff of input torque into and from the drive shaft 54, the apparatus body 1 is provided with a regulation member 59 opposing to an end of the axial other side of the clutch 58 to allow slide movement to the axial other side of the drive shaft 54 between the drive shaft 54 and the clutch 58, and the regulation member 59 is provided with a relief part 59b for absorbing the slide movement of the drive shaft 54 to the axial other side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
