Disclosed is a pilot door device for a vessel, which improves stability and reliability. The pilot door device for a vessel comprises: a guiderail part which comprises a linear rail section and a curved rail section; a sliding door which is moved along the linear and curved rail sections and opens and closes a pilot inlet formed in a hull through sliding; a door guide part which is connected to the sliding door and guides the sliding of the sliding door sliding along the guiderail; and an interval control part which controls the interval between the sliding door and the door guide part in a first axial direction depending on the vertical direction of the sliding door and absorbs the vertical movement of the sliding door when the sliding door slides to open and close the pilot inlet.
