Disclosed are a system, a method, and a recording medium for recommending a related product using metadata. According to the present invention, the system for recommending a related product using metadata comprises: a content storage unit to store content; a content scanning unit given an access right to the content storage unit to read the content from the content storage unit; a metadata extraction unit to extract metadata from the content read by the content scanning unit; a location extraction unit to extract location information in the metadata; and a product information providing unit to search and output the location information and related product information.
