An organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate; scan and previous scan lines which are formed on the substrate, and transmit a scan signal and a previous scan signal, respectively; a data line and a driving voltage line individually transmitting a data signal and a driving voltage by being insulated from and intersecting with the scan and the previous scan line; a switching transistor which is electrically connected to the scan line and the data line; a driving transistor which is connected to the switching transistor, and includes a driving semiconductor layer formed on the same layer as a switching semiconductor layer; and an organic light emitting diode connected to the driving transistor. The driving semiconductor layer is bent. A first gate insulating film located between a channel area of the switching transistor and a switching gate electrode, and between a channel area of the driving transistor and a driving gate electrode has the same plan shape as the switching gate electrode and the driving gate electrode. At least a part of the edge of the first gate insulating film is overlapped with the edge of the switching gate electrode and the driving gate electrode. |
