The present invention relates to an air conditioner using cooling energy. The air conditioner comprises: a cool storage chamber which accommodates a liquid refrigerant for cool storage in an inner chamber which is an inner space of an inner housing, wherein an insulation material is interposed between the outer housing and inner housing; a cooler which includes a compressor, a condenser, and an evaporator to cool the liquid refrigerant, and cools the liquid refrigerant through heat exchange with the evaporator; a heat exchange unit which circulates the liquid refrigerant accommodated in the inner chamber to the outside of the housing and circulates, after heat exchange with the air flowing from the outside, the liquid refrigerant to the inner chamber; and a cool air adjustment means which adjusts the temperature of gas discharged to the outside by adjusting the inflow amount of ambient air mixed with the gas cooled by the heat exchange with the heat exchange unit, wherein the liquid refrigerant storing cooling energy cooled by the operation of the cooler for a predetermined time is circulated through the heat exchange unit, and the air flowing from the outside is cooled through the heat exchange with the heat exchange unit to be discharged. |
