The present invention relates to a movable and extensible bar-type power strip. The movable and extensible bar-type power strip comprises: an outlet track portion (100) including a protrusion provided inwardly along a track; a plug switch portion (200) including a fastening spring (2) and a holding portion (3) fastened to the outlet track portion (100), including an outlet ground portion (24) provided on a left surface, a right surface, or right and left surfaces, and controlling power supply; each of a plurality of lead-in outlet portions (300) including a fastening spring (2) and a holding portion (3) fastened to the outlet track portion (100), including a protruding outlet ground portion (34) provided on a surface of one side and a conductor blade (5a) provided on a lower surface of the other side and corresponding to the outlet ground portion (24) of the plug switch portion (200), for power transmission; and a power extension cover portion (400) including a fastening spring (2) and a holding portion (3) fastened to the outlet track portion (100), including an protruding outlet ground portion (44) provided on a surface of one side and the conductor blade (5a) corresponding to the outlet ground portion (24) of the plug switch portion (200) or the protruding outlet ground portion (34) of the lead-in outlet portion (300) provided on a lower surface of the other side, for power transmission. |
