A blood purifying filter of the present invention comprises: a plasma separation filter for separating plasma from blood; a blood dialysis filter installed in parallel with the plasma separation filter to remove wastes from the blood; a housing for providing installation spaces for the plasma separation filter and the blood dialysis filter, and demarcating a plasma flowing section outside the plasma separation filter and the blood dialysis filter; and a plasma inflow port for allowing the plasma, which is separated from the plasma separation filter, to flow into the plasma flowing section. The housing includes: a wall body; lower caps disposed at the lower portion of the wall body to be coupled with the plasma separation filter and the blood dialysis filter; and upper caps disposed at the upper portion of the wall body to be coupled with the plasma separation filter and the blood dialysis filter. The blood purifying filter according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a plasma return port formed at the plasma separation filter to allow the plasma, which flows into the blood inflow port and passes through the plasma flow section, to be returned to the plasma separation filter. The blood purifying filter of the present invention can efficiently purify the blood of patients in need of blood purification therapy, by integrating the separation of plasma for separating plasma from the blood, the adsorption of plasma for removing liver toxicity and wastes from the blood, and the dialysis of blood for removing wastes from the blood. In addition, the present invention can provide a blood purifying apparatus, which is simple and has an improved convenience in the installation and use, by using one filter. |
