The present invention relates to an integrated driving mode control device and an emergency braking method thereof. According to the present invention, the integrated driving mode control device comprises: a sensing unit which measures vehicle information through various sensors; a driving mode selection unit enabling to select a driving mode; a suspension unit controlling a suspension in accordance with the driving mode selected by the driving mode selection unit; and a controller which checks fulfillment of emergency braking conditions based on the vehicle information provided from the sensing unit and the suspension unit while driving in a selected driving mode and controls the suspension unit to switch the driving mode by proceeding into an emergency braking mode when fulfilling the emergency braking conditions.
