Disclosed is a battery module which has a simple structure, a small volume, and a light weight, and also secures excellent assemblability and stable cooling performance. According to the present invention, the battery module comprises: a plurality of secondary batteries vertically arranged while being horizontally laid and comprising both an electrode assembly and a pouch exterior material which stores the electrode assembly in an inner space and has a sealing part; and a plurality of cartridges reciprocally stacked in a vertical direction, made of thermal conductive materials, and coupled by touching the sealing part while covering the sealing part of the secondary battery. |
