According to one embodiment of the present invention, an organic light emitting display device includes: a first substrate; a second substrate disposed to face the first substrate; a display unit formed on a surface oriented toward the second substrate among the surfaces of the first substrate and including a plurality of light emitting regions in which organic light emitting devices formed in a resonance structure are disposed individually; a black matrix formed on a surface oriented toward the first substrate among the surfaces of the second substrate and disposed to overlap at least peripheral regions of the light emitting regions; and a plurality of color filters disposed to come in contact with the black matrix in response to the light emitting regions. The organic light emitting display device can adjust a shift of a white light according to a viewing angle by adjusting an offset distance between one end of the light emitting region and one end of the black matrix adjacent to the one end of the light emitting region.
