The present invention relates to a diesel particulate matter reduction apparatus regeneration system, including: a throttle valve installed at an air intake of an engine; a particulate matter reduction apparatus for collecting particulate matter (PM) by being installed in an exhaust manifold of the engine; and a control part which decreases intake air quantity of the engine by controlling the throttle valve in order to increase the temperature of an exhaust gas discharged from the engine when entering a regeneration mode as to the particulate matter reduction apparatus.
