The present invention provides an electrode lead wire member for a nonaqueous battery, capable of improving corrosion resistance to extend the lifespan of a lithium ion battery by preventing the bad influence of the high corrosivity even when the electrolyte of the lithium ion battery reacts with water to produce hydrofluoric acid which enhances corrosivity. The electrode lead wire member (18) of the present invention is withdrawn from a storage container for a nonaqueous battery, formed by using a laminated film laminator with a resin film and aluminum foil as a cover. A protecting layer (22) is formed by applying a solution, containing polyvinyl alcohol resin or polyvinyl ether resin and fluorine compound, on an outer surface of a stripe metal plate (21) and then drying the same. The fluorine compound is water-soluble, and the protecting layer (22) forms a stripe pattern on the outer surface of the stripe metal plate (21) through printing. |
