The present invention relates to a hydraulic plastic-forming device and a method to form an object to be processed using the same capable of improving a strength of an outer diameter of the object to be processed, and reducing a phenomenon that the object to be processed is axially extended due to a temperature change in a forming space using Young′s modulus method forming the outer diameter of the object to be processed into a shape identical to the shape of the forming space by inputting the object to be processed into a nozzle rod of which a length is adjustable to receive objects to be processed with different lengths; covering a mold; and injecting hydraulic oil. The hydraulic plastic-forming device comprises: a mold unit (200) opening and closing the forming space by vertically and linearly moving a first mold unit (210) and a second mold unit (220) successively stacked up in a direction symmetric to each other; the nozzle rod (300) interposed between boundaries of the first and second mold units (210, 220), receiving the hydraulic oil, and injecting the hydraulic oil to a predetermined section by linearly moving in a left and right side; a fixating means wherein an oval fixing block (401) is penetrated through the left and right surfaces of the first and second mold units (210, 220) and coupled to the left and right surfaces of the first and second mold units (210, 220) by fixating pines (402) to prevent a separation of the first and second mold units (210, 220) by an injection force of the hydraulic oil injected through the nozzle rod (300). |
