摘要 The present invention relates to a novel microorganism having excellent spinosad production efficiency, and a spinosad production method using the same and, particularly, to a novel microorganism capable of producing spinosad with high efficiency while overcoming feedback inhibition and growth inhibition of a spinosad biosynthesis process by rhamnose which is a precursor of the spinosad or the spinosad itself; and to a producing method capable of producing the spinosda with high efficiency by culturing the microorganism. The novel microorganism of the present invention can produce the spinosad with an excellent yield while overcoming the feedback inhibition and growth inhibition of the spinosad biosynthesis process. Thus, the production efficiency of the spinosad can be sharply increased if the novel microorganism of the present invention is used. Accordingly, the novel microorganism is expected to dramatically reduce the production time, necessary manpower, and unit cost of production. Moreover, it is determined that a culture medium of the novel microorganism can be used as insecticide since the spinosad content in the culture medium itself is high.
