Provided is an organic light emitting display device which compensates a driving current decrease generated by degradation of a driving transistor. The organic light emitting display device comprises: a display panel including first to n^th (n is an integer greater than or equal to two.) pixel blocks which respectively include a plurality of pixels; first to n^th current measuring devices connected to the first to n^th pixel blocks respectively, and measuring driving currents of pixels included in corresponding pixel blocks among the first to n^th pixel blocks respectively; and a timing control unit for controlling data signals applied to pixels based on measurement values of the first to n^th measuring devices. A k^th (k is an integer greater than or equal to one and smaller than or equal to (n-1).) current measuring device among the first to n^th current measuring devices measures driving currents of pixels included in a k^th pixel block among the first to n^th pixel blocks, and further measures driving current of at least one overlapping pixel among pixels included in a (k+1)^th pixel block adjacent to the k^th pixel block.
