The present invention relates to a home network order service providing system and a method using a wallpad. The present invention comprises: a wallpad installed in one′s house for requesting a home network order by receiving order information and transmitting the information to an integrated management server connected to the home network; an integrated management server for receiving the order information from the wallpad, transmitting the order information to an exclusive terminal for shopping mall, and receiving the processing details for the home network order from an exclusive terminal for shopping mall which has received the order information, and transmitting the information to the wallpad; and an exclusive terminal for shopping mall for generating the processing details for a home network order based on the order information received from the integrated management server and providing the information to the integrated management server. According to the present invention, the present invention produces an effect such that: a home network order can be done by inputting the order information into the wallpad; in addition, the order processing details provided from the exclusive terminal for shopping mall can be searched in real-time, and a delivery time or visit time can be confirmed in advance through the alarm. |
