WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD

Disclosed is a wastewater treatment system. The disclosed wastewater treatment system comprises: i) a main bioreactor tank for introducing wastewater; ii) an auxiliary bioreactor tank for simply treating the wastewater excessively introduced by mixing the rainwater and the wastewater in the main bioreactor tank, when rain falls; and iii) a precipitation tank connected to the main bioreactor tank and the auxiliary bioreactor tank for discharging the treated water while precipitating floating matter in the wastewater containing activated sludge discharged from the bioreactor tanks. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system is capable of simply treating the excessively introduced wastewater due to the introduction of the rainwater and the increase in the wastewater when rain falls, through the auxiliary bioreactor tank with a simple structure. Therefore, the system at relatively low costs can satisfy a standard of wastewater treatment facilities and a standard of an effluent quality.
