Accordingly, the rice wine, which is prepared by mixing the rice wine prepared by using a general rice wine preparing method with the powder or extract of Panax ginseng, enables a user to consume a variety of magnesium, calcium, and potassium contained in Panax ginseng while drinking the rice wine in order to prevent the occurrence of osteoporosis due to heavy drinking causing the body to discharge calcium in advance. The rice wine also enables the user to relatively simply consume Panax ginseng by having the extract or powder of Panax ginseng mixed therein, while enjoying the unique flavors and aroma thereof.
