The present invention relate to rice wine including Panax ginseng and a preparing method thereof. Unlike the rice wine prepared by using a conventional method, the rice wine is produced by mixing the Panax ginseng powder prepared by grinding Panax ginseng in a grinder or steaming and grinding Panax Ginseng. The rice wine is produced by mixing general rice wine with Panax ginseng powder prepared by grinding Panax ginseng which is grown for 6-12 years and has the best efficacy of ingredients by using the grinder or a Panax ginseng extract ground after steaming. Accordingly, the rice wine, which is prepared by mixing the rice wine prepared by using a general rice wine preparing method with the powder or extract of Panax ginseng, enables a user to consume a variety of magnesium, calcium, and potassium contained in Panax ginseng while drinking the rice wine in order to prevent the occurrence of osteoporosis due to heavy drinking causing the body to discharge calcium in advance. The rice wine also enables the user to relatively simply consume Panax ginseng by having the extract or powder of Panax ginseng mixed therein, while enjoying the unique flavors and aroma thereof. |
